This affiliation pairs our firsthand destination expertise across Southeast Asia and beyond with direct access to Fora Reserve—a curated global network extending to over 5,000 luxury hotels and private hideaways, from iconic flagship brands to independent boutique gems, alongside trusted on-the-ground specialists.

Our hotel booking services are entirely complimentary. Every reservation includes tailored VIP recognition and preferred partner privileges—all at the same price as booking direct.

Depending on the preferred partner program, privileges include complimentary daily breakfast for two, $100+ in hotel or resort credits, priority room upgrades, and flexible check-in or late check-out (subject to availability).

We operate with complete pricing transparency across our three distinct offerings:

• VIP Hotel Stays: Our hotel booking services are entirely complimentary. You pay the exact same price as booking direct, with preferred partner perks and VIP recognition included.

• Guided Journeys: TTransparent, all-inclusive pricing for thoughtfully paced small-group departures (capped at 20 travelers) and private departures—featuring handpicked 4- and 5-star accommodations, licensed expert guides, and seamless coordination throughout.

• Bespoke Journey Design: End-to-end itinerary planning is complimentary for complete private journeys—with land arrangements typically starting from $350+ USD per guest, per day (inclusive of handpicked luxury stays, private chauffeured transport, and expert private guides).

All payments and billing are processed directly and securely through our partner hotels and licensed partner platforms; Carpe Asia never holds or collects client funds directly:

• VIP Hotel Stays: Billed directly by the hotel. Depending on the partner program, you either receive a secure digital checkout link to provide payment directly to the hotel, or your card is securely authorized through official hotel reservation systems. All official confirmations and receipts are issued directly in your name.

• Guided Journeys & Bespoke Design: Payments and deposits for packaged itineraries and private journeys are processed securely through licensed operators and trusted on-the-ground specialists under official booking terms.
